Fall is a beautiful time in Kentucky.  We thought we'd share some of our state's amazing natural resources through the Kentucky Tourism website featuring their "Stay Close. Go Far." campaign.  Relax and take a moment to virtually discover our incredible state park offerings. Whether your are a novice camper or a seasoned outdoor explorer, there truly is something for everyone . . . birding, boating, hiking, canoeing or just spending time with loved ones in nature.   We hope you are able to get out and enjoy some of these local treasures.  Stay safe.

Kentucky campgrounds offer relaxation and fun

at your home away from home

This is the summer for RV travel! Need a family road trip or a spontaneous weekend getaway? Visitors and residents alike - grab the RV - it’s time for a road trip in the Bluegrass State! We have some amazing campgrounds throughout Kentucky for you to spend a night (or two).

Note: Most Kentucky campgrounds reopened June 11 following a period of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic; however, be sure to contact campgrounds prior to visiting to confirm hours and amenities.

More than half of Kentucky’s 45 State Parks spread across the state have campgrounds. Find more places to explore and stay with your RV at https://www.kentuckytourism.com/ky-places-to-stay/campgrounds-rv-parks/
